Your body is made up of an astounding meshwork of vibrant energy. At certain points in the body this energy pools together and increases in it's intensity. This is what we call the Chakras. Each chakra has a specific flavour to it. The vibrancy of each chakra directly corresponds to the way in which you experience life.
This understanding can get completely lost in beginner yoga classes, and so it is important to learn about the energetics that are in play when we do the yoga poses, breathwork and meditation. This takes your practice to a deeper level, and ensures that the benefits overflow into other areas of your life.
Once you get that, you will actually begin to understand that your true power the lies within your body. You will also become a master at tuning inwards and using your body to creatively direct you towards your most prosperous life.

Instructions on how to access the online classes will be sent to you in a confirmation email
Make sure your space is about the size of a yoga mat.
It is important to find a space where you won't be disturbed so you can fully immerse in the class.
Throw on something comfy so that you can fully stretch and find flow in your body, and it really doesn't have to be fancy yoga pants.
