This retreat has been created for women to make some time for themselves, and ensure that they feel inspired and centered throughout 2018. It can be difficult, if not impossible, to stay committed to taking care of ourselves. This retreat hopes to provide a space to find some stillness and turn inwards, to see where there could be a little more care and nourishment in your life.
Expect to leave feeling energized and inspired, confident in your yoga & meditation practice, plus having formed wonderful new friendships with like-minded women.

1) Please ensure you are fit & healthy before travelling. You MUST have your own travel & health insurance & let us know if you have any health conditions prior to booking on this retreat. Check with your doctor if you have any special requirements.
2) This retreat is Non - refundable if you simply change your mind, however it is transferable to another person. If you cannot attend for health reasons, full refund will be offered if we can fill your place or part refunded if place remains in-filled. Proof will be required due to our initial layout costs.
