This workshop is packed full of dopamine boosting techniques that will make you feel great about yourself again AND have the willpower to achieve your dreams!
I will teach you how to use your brain to love your body, experience a balanced inner world, better relationships and more creative productivity.
We will also practice movement medicine, connecting us to our senses through somatic practice techniques.
This practice detaches us from our self-critical minds, attaches us to the space of our bodies, and then into the bliss of the present moment.
And finally I will take you through a guided meditation that will take you beyond your negative self thoughts, and open up your heart to an expansive and positive vision of your future.
You will leave feeling amazing within your body, loaded with tips and techniques that can be easily integrated in your everyday life!
