Alice is a Strength Trainer, Yoga Instructor and Energy Channel. She is deeply invested in blending ancient practices with modern forms of fitness to promote self-empowerment and self-healing. Her passions lie in sharing her research and personal vision of true fitness of the future.
She has over 8 years of experience in teaching in the UK and internationally, working with clients 1-2-1 and hosting her own transformation yoga retreats

Lisa Hawkyard
Lisa is the confidence coach for women. She reminds women how to be themselves by positively transforming their mindset and lives by inspiring, nurturing and empowering them.
Lisa is incredibly heart centered and works intuitively using her very own TT Method to explain how to build a positive mindset and in turn, confidence in who they want and deserve to be.
Having coached within her own online community, The Confidence Club” and corporate settings, Lisa has reached many women and helped them to adopt a healthier mindset.
